Privacy notice

What we do with your details

Plain English, because a privacy notice nobody reads protects nobody. Last updated 4 September 2026.

Who we are

Tenderclock is a trading name of Marwat Muslimwal, 105 Highfield Road, Bognor Regis, PO22 8PD. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at marwat@tenderclock.co.uk.

The contract data on this site is not personal data

The contracts, buyers, suppliers and values shown here come from the UK Government's Find a Tender service and are published by contracting authorities under the Open Government Licence v3.0. It is public information about organisations and public spending. We do not add personal information to it, and we do not build profiles of individuals from it.

What we collect from you, and when

Only what you type into the report form: your name, company, work email, and optionally your phone number and website, together with what you sell, the regions you cover and the contract size you can deliver. Nothing else. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, anything sensitive.

The report you see on screen is built in your own browser from data already downloaded to it. Your search terms are not sent to us to produce it — the only thing that reaches us is what you submit with the form.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We do not sell your details, share them with data brokers, or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. Ever.

Who else touches it

The form is delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission and passes it to our inbox. Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail. Both act on our instructions as processors. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which logs requests for security and abuse prevention.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker will stop it and the site still works.

Cookies and tracking

None. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, this notice changes first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become customers: 12 months, then deleted. Customers: for the life of the engagement and six years afterwards, because tax records have to be kept that long. Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to us using it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email marwat@tenderclock.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you think we have got this wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

If we email you

Every marketing email we send carries a working unsubscribe link and says who it is from. We only send business-to-business email to corporate subscribers, and we honour an unsubscribe immediately.
